Idea

So my friend and I are planning a little mini trip to Turner Falls next week. I am so excited! Since this is the last week of class I am looking forward to living it up as summer break will begin for me tomorrow once class lets out! So since I am off two days in row next week we are going to go camp down there.

I think it is going to be a blast I haven't ever been to Turner Falls so I am even more excited to check it out and see what it is all about.

Also I watched the Karate Kid last night and that was a really good movie. Anyone should see it. I am known for falling asleep during any movie and we saw this one late and I made it through the whole thing!

Next anyone read The girl with the Dragon Tattoo? Cause I am seeing what book everywhere and thinking I need to read it.

    I've never been there either. Been meaning to go for a long time now.... I really need to see the pretty sights of OK sometime.
    Is Karate Kid okay for a 7-year-old?
    As for the book (and now movie), I hear the writing is excellent, but graphic.

    I want to see the new Karate Kid! Some have warned me not to see it because it doesn't have the wax-on-wax-off quality of the original, but I don't care. The previews get me pumped!

    I think it would be okay for a 7-year-old. There are a few select words that may not be good but no f bombs dropped that I can remember. And I didn't think it was too violent no blood and guts like some movies.

    Great place to go when it's hot, cool water, and unfortunately lots of people, bt at least it's cool. My uncle helped build that old road over the mountains back int he 1930s

    I've been to Turner Falls a couple of times and it's very pretty. The first time I went was to take photographs for an assignment. I think you'll enjoy it.

    Turner Falls is an absolute blast! It is wonderful, no matter how hot it is outside that water stays ice cold. Remember to wear sunscreen. Also I would do crocs or some sort of water shoe because it is very rocky there, and be careful because the ones in the water get really slippery.
